Terms of Use
Using the Rockr Studio website and its documentation.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Operator and scope
This website is operated by Robin Dhital, operating as Rockr Studio. In these terms, “Rockr Studio”, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. These terms cover rockrockstudio.com and its documentation. For legal questions, contact rockrockrobin2013@gmail.com. See the Legal Notice for operator details. Software use is governed separately by the Pixel Studio Software License.
Using the website
You may browse, link to and use the documentation to learn about our projects. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent an affiliation with Rockr Studio, or use the site unlawfully.
Website content and ownership
© 2026 Rockr Studio. All rights reserved. Rockr Studio retains rights in its original website content, code, branding and owned assets. Third-party materials remain the property of their rights holders and are subject to their own licenses. These terms do not grant a general right to redistribute our branding or original website as your own product, and do not restrict uses permitted by law or third-party licenses.
Product information, documentation and downloads
Pixel Studio is in development. Documentation describes development workflows and may change with the interface. Keep backups and check compatibility before using a build for important work. No public software download is currently offered. Disabled platform buttons are availability notices, not download links or release-date promises. When downloads open, the applicable software license and release requirements will accompany them.
Your artwork
Creating artwork in Pixel Studio does not give Rockr Studio ownership of it. Personal and commercial artwork is allowed under the Free edition license, subject to rights in third-party material you use.
External links and contact
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to a resource does not make it a Rockr Studio service. Emailing us opens a separate conversation; do not send passwords or confidential artwork unnecessarily. Help is available through the Help page. Commissions use the separate contact details on About Us; scope, payment and delivery must be agreed individually before work begins.
Support and future purchases
Financial support is voluntary and separate from a software purchase, Pro license, investment or ownership interest. Payments and Pro sales are not open here. There are no website user accounts, marketplace, cloud-storage product or live simultaneous editing service. The Purchase & Support Terms explain the current position.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, suspend or remove website content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular development schedule, or error-free documentation. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
The update date identifies this version. Future purchases or services will receive their applicable terms before a commitment is made. A website update does not transfer your artwork, change an existing software license automatically, or remove mandatory rights. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues to the extent allowed by law.
